NORWESCAP Child & Family Resource Services

Do you need help paying for child care while you work or go to school? NORWESCAP Child & Family Resource Services may be able to help! If you work 30 or more hours per week, or take 12 or more college credits, or attend a training program for 20 hours a week or a combination of the above equaling full time participation, you may qualify for financial assistance.

You must also meet income eligibility guidelines. You may choose a Licensed Child Care Center, a Family Child Care Provider, or a relative’s home and it can be used for full or part time child care, after school care and summer care. If you would like more information about this program, please contact your local NORWESCAP/CFRS office. In Hunterdon County call 908-782-8183, Warren County 908-454-1078, and in Sussex County 973-383-3461. NORWESCAP is a non-profit community action agency established in 1965 that creates opportunities for over 30,000 low-income people in northwest NJ by providing a large portfolio of self-sufficiency and emergency services.
