These are some older reviews of various programs. We encourage you to leave your own!

Parent Review of The Youth Center

This school offers, Child Care Program, Preschool/Nursery and Full day Kindergarten. A Hunterdon Mom rates this school as excellent overall with the following comments: “Excellent teaching and care. My child went from a child care center based at the college to the full day kindergarten program, and what a difference. I had no idea that the center was lacking in teaching until my daughter had to play catch-up to the other children who had been in their pre-k program. What a difference. And I can rest knowing the my child is really ready for first grade. Also my youngest will remain until first grade, because I know she is receiving the best early education.”

Parent Review of Creative Basics:

“Both of my children have been going to the Youth Center for 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The teachers are fabulous and the give individual attention to everyone. I am considering traveling 25 mins. next year so my son can stay enrolled there after we move.” — from Hunterdon Mom Dawn Ruthe

Parent Review of Spruce Run Preschool

“This program is FANTASTIC! Children enrolled in their unique program are provided learning opportunities that include alphabet, colors, shapes, patterns, fine and gross motor skills, story time and group interaction. There are older computers in the classrooms and the Pre-K students are working on individual journals they create in the beginning of the year. In addition, they learn sign language through the letter of the week instruction. Parents are also given a weekly report outlining all of the areas the class focused on that week.”

“Both of my boys are currently enrolled in there and I love it!! I’ve seen an incredible change in my four year old in preparing him for Kindergarten. I highly recommend these teachers as they relocate their program to Spruce Run Lutheran Church. Currently they’re known as Voorhees Village Preschool.”
