NEWCOMERS of North Hunterdon warmly extends an invitation to their 7:30 pm meeting.  General meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of the month during the school year, September thru May at the Clinton Presbyterian Church, 91 Center Street in Clinton.  The club welcomes NEW AND ESTABLISHED area residents.  FUTURE CLUB PLANS INCLUDE a great mix of activities “ community projects, social events, and interest group outings.  Newcomers puts members in touch with those who share common interests, hobbies or needs, and provides a great way to get to know more about the community.  If you are interested in details about Newcomers, contact Marilyn Pinkerton, 908-735-8889 or at nhnewcomers@yahoo.com

Rutgers Cooperative Extension - Master Gardeners. Master Gardeners are a unique group of trained volunteers who provide horticultural programs and services to enhance their communities. Master Gardeners are enthusiastic, willing to learn and help others, and able to communicate with diverse groups of people. They run a free Garden Helpline service that runs from April through October, 4 days a week. Residents can call with questions or bring in their samples of tree limbs, insects, flowers + all things horticultural. They are an outreach and community based group.
